Lawrence Bracco – Chief Executive Officer

Lawrence J. Bracco is a seasoned senior executive with a focus on early–stage and emerging companies. Prior to starting Donate My Card, Bracco was Co-founder/CEO of Mommy and Me® Enterprises, whose award-winning products have been sold in Target, K–Mart, WalMart and on Amazon.com. Bracco also served as President/Managing Director of Symphony West, the Los Angeles branch of Symphony Resource Group, an elite business development and financial services consulting firm, Chief Marketing Officer of CEO America, Inc., (CEOA.BB) marketer of CREDITZ® digital currency, and VP of Production/Operations of USA Direct, a subsidiary of Fingerhut Companies.


Shelley Miles – Chief Operating Officer

Shelley Miles has spent her career leading the growth and advancement of consumer–based entertainment and technology companies, bringing a unique mix of business development, marketing, technology and financial experience to her work. At kidthing, she developed key marketing programs with the NEA (National Education Association), National Geographic, Parenting Magazine and Dr. Seuss Enterprises among others. As Senior Vice President of Mommy and Me, she created, developed and served as Executive Director of the Mommy and Me Association, the first–ever, national organization for playgroups. As President of USAnimation, creators of the Emmy–winning animation software, she brought the company to the number–one position in the industry. At the Walt Disney Company Miles launched Disney Software, winning over 20 key industry awards. She also led Disney's worldwide music organization achieving 15 gold and five platinum sales awards. A founding board member of the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House, she served on the board of trustees and on the RMHCSC board.


Lee Krajian – Executive Vice President – Business Development

Lee Krajian has served both large for–profit as well as non–profit organizations as a business owner, and sales and marketing professional. His marketing and promotional advertising agency in Los Angeles focused on the entertainment, lifestyle and beauty industries, working with clients such as: MGM Studios, Disney Studios, and Ken Kragen on his projects USA Africa/We Are the World and Hands Across of America. Krajian was the lead investor and co–founder of FotoBall USA, a unique sports licensing and merchandising company, which was ultimately acquired by K2. Krajian later formed Alternative Capital Solutions, which provided b2b and b2c financing, and has provided business development work for several Debt Settlement companies. He is active with many charitable organizations.


Richard Bieler – Executive Vice President – Not-For-Profit Relations

Richard Bieler has almost thirty years of fund raising experience working with individuals, corporations and foundations, designing and managing campaigns that involve personal solicitations, on–line giving, direct mail, and special events. Richard was Senior Executive Director for Community Affairs for Yeshiva University, working with the University's president in securing major gifts and re-activating alumni and community involvement and support. Previously, Richard was the Director of Development for OHEL Children's Home and Family Services, a major social service agency in New York Metropolitan area that cares for several thousand clients. Richard played a leadership role in the creation of The Lifetime Care Foundation, providing for the needs of people with disabilities beyond the lifetimes of their parents.

George A. Vandeman – Chairman

George A. Vandeman was senior partner and head of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice at the international law firm of Latham & Watkins. In his near three decades at L&W, he represented bidders, targets and financial advisors in corporate control transactions, including clients such as Marvin Davis, Ted Turner, Michael Jackson, Imagine Films Entertainment, Nestlė USA, Family Channel and Comcast Corporation. He then served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Amgen, the world's largest biotechnology company, and a member of its Operating Committee. Since retiring from practicing as an attorney in 2000, he has been the principal of Vandeman & Co., a private investment Firm. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Maguire Properties, Inc. (NYSE:MPG), a Southern California based office property REIT and is a member of the Board of Directors of Rexair Holdings, a privately held direct marketing company. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and is member and past Chair of the Board of Councilors at the University of Southern California Law School, where he received his BA degree in 1963 and JD degree in 1966.

Robert J. Michel – Managing Member

Robert J. Michel, CPA, has been with ASTA Funding, Inc., NASDAQ (ASFI), Edgewood Cliffs, NJ, since 2004 and has served as its Chief Financial Officer since February 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Michel served as the Controller and the Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance at ASTA. Mr. Michel is a Certified Public Accountant and gained his public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York. Mr. Michel has a diverse background with over 30 years of financial experience in the advertising, public relations, manufacturing and not–for–profit health care fields. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Michel was a partner at Laurence Rothblatt & Company LLP, a CPA firm located in Great Neck, New York. Mr. Michel is a graduate of Villanova University and received his MBA in Taxation from St. John's University.
